Administration

Registration

Registration will be available from 8.45 outside the Dinning Hall within the GUU. If you are unable to make the 9 am start, please let us know in advance at shw-healthyworkinglivesgroup@glasgow.ac.uk

Dietary Requirements

Please let us know in advance (by 13th of Feb) if you have any specific dietary requirements – at shw-healthyworkinglivesgroup@glasgow.ac.uk

Accessibility Requirements

Our venue has accessibility support functions, however, to ensure that your visit is as enjoyable as possible, please let us know in advance about any accessibility requirements you may have at shw-healthyworkinglivesgroup@glasgow.ac.uk

Events

Presentations

We are excited to have a range of presentations on the day focused on the successes, challenges, opportunities, and future of PPIE. We have a opening keynote from a senior member of the NIHR, followed by a series of parallel presentation sections across two rooms throughout the day. See our programme for details.

Posters

Posters will be available to view all day in the Dinning Hall, we ask that all poster presenters are able to bring their poster at the beginning of the event to registration and our staff will pin them to a display board. During the breaks and lunch break we ask for poster presenters to be in the vicinity of their boards to allow them to present to delegates as they go through the gallery.

Interactive Workshops

In the afternoon we will host two workshops focused on the use of in practice. These sections will be informal and will ask for delegate engagement to direct the discussion and raise points for future PPIE activities. See our programme for details.
